Penang Cheshire Home provides a range of services and activities aimed at supporting the wellbeing, independence, and social participation of people with disabilities. Its basic services include accommodation, physiotherapy, transportation, counselling, and a day-care programme, while activities include hydrotherapy, contract work, handicrafts, scouting, aerobics, outings, indoor games, gardening, computer activities, lion dance, singing, and Chi Kong. The Home also organizes annual community events such as the Scout Agoonoree, Foster Parents’ Day, and Christmas Caroling.
